30-Day Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges of unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise within 30 days of the original purchase date. Tags must be attached.

How to Start a Return

  1. Visit our online return portal at chicoraz returns.
  2. Enter your Order ID and Email address.
  3. Print the prepaid return label and drop the package at any authorized carrier location.

Refunds

Please allow 7–10 business days for your return to be processed once it reaches our warehouse. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Final Sale Notice: Items purchased during “Final Sale” events or from our “Clearance” section are not eligible for return or exchange.
